Who can I file a complaint with if a company has conducted false advertisement?

The company advertised for IN STORE ONLY, on their website for a product to be sold at $8.55, but they only will sell it at the store price of $12.64. They will not honor the $8.55 as it is advertised online.Who can I file a complaint with if a company has conducted false advertisement?
Your state's Attorney General's office is likely to take a keen interest. They have the authority to do something about it, too.

The Better Business Bureau does nothing but log complaints, and takes no actions against a business engaging in false advertising, bait-and-switch, or other deceptive practices.Who can I file a complaint with if a company has conducted false advertisement?
How far did you take your complaint up the chain of command thus far? There is always the Better Business Bureau. Although, there has to be a lot of complaints for them to do anything.
My suggestion would be the Better Business Bureau or see if you can get the address/telephone number to the Consumer Relations dept. within that store
