What do I do when Child Protective Services takes my children on false allegations?

How can I find out who the anonymous person who made the report is and how can I get the attorney general to investigate when fraudulent claims are made in the courts? Why is being poor grounds for taking my children? Why is it the only way to get medical help for my child is to take her away and put her in foster care? Are there any groups out there that are lobbying for accountability and transparency? Why is no one held accountable for fraud and abusing children in foster care? What do I do when Child Protective Services takes my children on false allegations?
If you don't have a job then get one and prove that you can support your child. Yes there are welfare programs out there. But you should not try to live of of them. What kind of example is that setting for your child? Prove to the system that you are a good mom. Don't just sit on here whining about it and expecting others to fight your battles. Frankly I think that if you don't have a job or are not going to school(4yrs maximum) you should not recieve any welfare benefits and be at risk to loose your children. After all if the govt is supporting them they should have a say in how they are raised. The only exception to this is parents who are disabled or who have disabled children. What do I do when Child Protective Services takes my children on false allegations?
When CPS takes your kids there has to be a court hearing that follows shortly thereafter, usually within a couple of days. At that hearing, you have the right to request an attorney be appointed to represent you. EXERCISE THAT RIGHT!

That is really the only advice I can give you since you didn't list the allegations or reasons for taking your children and what type of medical condition your daughter has. For CPS to come in and take your children there had to have been an investigation done where some type of abuse or neglect was found. You have a right to view anything and everything in your file, and you also should have been served with a copy of the petition they filed with the Court listing the allegations against you. An attorney can help you with all of this.
You cannot find out who filed the complaint.

If you are indeed 'poor', then your children should qualify for state sponsored health care.
Your kids are worth money.
Find the agents name and file false allegations against them.
this is why people should not report crimes in homes they don't live in or visit. i wish u luck.
