YES..MOST OF THE time people dont bother making a huge deal about it espically if it isnt apporved by the FDA.. they can say they made an error or something.
most of the false ads that get brought up in court have deaths or major injure.
locally you can get business to reemburse you or provide a sub for what you bought.
