My cat that was spayed at like 6 weeks looks pregnant, her nipples are starting ti stick out a bit and she is getting a bit plump in the belly area, please help!

Are you sure that they spayed her ? The reason I ask is that 6 weeks is an extremly young age.
Okay 6 months is more like it. I have heard of false pregnancies, but I've also heard of spays not done. I would have a run to the Vet and have her checked out. She could have an unrelated infection of the milk glands.How do I know if my cat has a false pregnancy?
well how old is she now? if she was spaded a while ago then its very likely that she isnt pregnant. trust me u dont want a pregnant cat they are very annoying and misrible. yea put on a pic of ur kitty, i want to see what she looks like!!
i've never heard of false pregnancy in cats. odds are she's going to be a mommy. take her to the vet to find out.
