I've alway heard there are no false positives. However there was this brand that was recalled because they had ther signs switched and guys were getting positives, Confirm Clearly was the brand. Other than that no it is highly unlikely. You can try a different brand to make sure.

I would try to convince them that reporting a false rape is as bad as rape itself, it is an emotional kind of rape. I'd try to reason with them and ask them why they want to ruin a person's life and reputation. I'd try to make them understand what rape really is and how terrible it is. I'd convince him or her to stop and say the truth, but only if i'm sure at 100% that the rape allegation IS false. Because you never really know
I would do everything I could to stop them, and if they went ahead with it I would inform the police. I would never trust them again.
